Shipping & Returns Information

Where Do We Ship?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some products cannot be shipped internationally so please be sure that the product(s) you order have the “International Shipping Available” icon in the product listing before adding them to your shopping cart.

When To Expect Your Order

Orders will begin to be processed on the next business day. Unless otherwise notified, we process most orders within 1-3 business days. Some non-personalized orders placed before 12 noon ship same day. Personalized orders require 7-10 business days.

Business Days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our warehouses ship directly to you, so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Important Note: Selecting Second Day Service will not result in delivery of an order two days after order placement! Shipping time starts when the order is shipped.

Orders Containing Chocolate

November – April
All orders are shipped UPS ground service unless VibrantBride receives specific instructions to upgrade shipping. If an order contains chocolate and is being shipped to a location where the weather may reach 70 degrees F or above, we recommend purchasing insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $6. If UPS ground service is more than 2 days to these locations from the UNited States East Coast, we also suggest that your order be shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air. VibrantBride will not be held responsible for any melted chocolate unless at least 2 Day shipping with insulated packaging is used.

May – October
To ensure your order arrives in good condition, all orders containing chocolate will be shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $6. In addition, any package that will not arrive in 2 days via UPS Ground ( UPS Map Link ) will automatically be upgraded to UPS 2nd Day Air (UPS Worldwide Expedited for Canadian orders).

Since chocolate held in shipping depots over the weekend can melt, chocolate orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday from May - October. During these months, we suggest delivery be made to a business address where UPS deliveries occur early in the day. If delivery must be made to a home address, it is best someone is home to receive the package and move it out of the direct sunlight.

Orders Containing Candles

May – September
If an order contains candles and is being shipped to a location where the weather may reach 70 degrees F or above, we cannot guarantee that melting will not occur unless it is sent by overnight express service. "Express Candle" shipments will be sent on Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid delivery delays as a result of weekends.

U.S. Shipping

VibrantBride.com uses UPS Ground, DHL or FedEx Ground for most shipping within the United States & Canada. We've found that they provide the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air.

Standard Ground Service: Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery of your order after your order has shipped. Ground service is not available for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Delivery times are set by the shipper and are not guaranteed by VibrantBride.com.

Expedited Services: Please allow the quoted amount of business days for delivery of your order after your order has shipped. Some remote areas may require an extra business day for delivery. We will notify you via email if we expect this delay to occur when processing your order.

International Shipping

Some products cannot be shipped internationally so please be sure that the product(s) you order have the “International Shipping Available” icon in the product listing before adding them to your shopping cart.

VibrantBride.com uses UPS, DHL or FedEx for most international destinations. The shipping amount given by the shopping cart is an estimate only. If the actual amount is much different from the estimate, we will contact you immediately. If we are able to send an item by a more economical method, we will refund you the amount saved.

Example: Our Diamond Crystal Confetti can be shipped by USPS for $9.95 to $14.95, saving you $12.00 to $51.00 depending on your order size.

Prices and shipping fees DO NOT include VAT, import duties, or tariffs. These are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. These charges and the customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees expected. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

Where's My Stuff?

Although we do email you updates on the status of your order, you can check it yourself anytime by selecting “Log In”, entering your email address and password, then selecting “My Account”. We will provide tracking information when available. If you still have questions about your order you can also contact us by replying to our emails, using the “Contact Us” link on any page of this website, or calling (340) 714-8162. Because of the volume of calls we receive, using the first 2 options is best.

Pricing and Product Stock

Every effort is made to assure the accuracy and completeness of this website and its information. However, due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to errors or omissions throughout this website. This includes pricing, shipping, and product description information, product availability or typographical or photographic errors.

The website inventory is updated daily; however, it is possible that items may be in stock when your order is placed, but out of stock when the order is packaged to send. The quantity you order may not be available; you will be notified in such cases. We will give you the option of either canceling that part of the order or reserving that product to be sent to you when it becomes available. Because of the popularity of some items, you will be immediately charged for backordered items to ensure that you have shipping priority when they are back in stock.

Undeliverable Packages

Customers will be automatically charged a service fee and freight for any refused package, or undeliverable packages due to incomplete address information, no signature on file, or no recipient at the shipping location provided.

Return Policy

At VibrantBride.com, we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you happy.

We cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized or decorated in any way. We also cannot accept returns on sample items or handcrafted items, eatables or candles. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. We will only accept returns within 7 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in its original packaging & in resaleable condition.

Any items that are returned are subject to a 15% or $15.00 restocking fee, whichever is higher. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanging a Broken or Incorrect Item

VibrantBride.com strives to stand behind their merchandise 100%. Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please call our Customer Service Department at (340) 714-8162 within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. We will address each case individually and determine how we will send out a replacement at no charge. We only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side. Please always double check all your orders to ensure that the personalization is entered correctly before sending. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.

When you place your replacement shipment claim, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Do not include anything else in your return shipment.

Packing and Sending Your Return

For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as USPS, UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
